How do I sign up?

Visit the CloudFIT website by typing in www.cloudfit.co.za into your browser. Scroll down the home page till you see Membership Options. Select an option that suites you by clicking on the Blue block. This will take you through to the checkout page and tell you how much you will pay and when.

Select the proceed to checkout button at the bottom left of the page, complete all your details and select the “Sign up now” button below the payfast logo on the bottom left.

Payfast will then handle all the payments using their secure service.

Can I cancel my membership?

Yes you may cancel your membership at anytime besides the 3 month upfront contract.

How do I cancel my membership?

Log onto www.cloudfit.co.za,

Login to your profile by selecting the register/ login tab top right of the home page.

Enter your email address or username and password.

Once logged in please select the My account tab on the top right of the screen.

What is the difference between having a CloudFIT account and having a CloudFIT membership?

When you register/sign up on the cloudFIT platform it creates your user profile, or account. This includes your personal details such as name, username and email address, and can be accessed using the username and password that you have created. (In some cases, such as for corporate memberships, your username and password may have been allocated to you.) Creating an account does not cost you anything, but it does not give you access to any classes. You need to pay for a membership in order to access classes. A membership or subscription can be one of several options, such as a free trial, a once off membership, or a recurring membership. Memberships can be cancelled at any time. If you have paid for a month and cancel your membership, your membership will remain active for the rest of the period you have paid for.

What is my CloudFIT username?

If you have a corporate membership your username and password will have been assigned to you when your profile was created. Your username will be the same as your email address, and you will have received your password via email. Otherwise your username will be the name you chose when you created your account. You should receive an email with your username upon registration.

How do I change my username or password?

Log onto www.cloudfit.co.za,

Login to your profile by selecting the register/ login tab top right of the home page.

Enter your email address or username and password.

If you don’t remember your password select “Lost your password” in the login block below the Login button.

Once logged in please select the My account tab on the top right of the screen.

Then select “’Edit your password and account details”” which is highlighted in blue in the sentence.
